Round Eucalyptus Wood Parasol 2.7m - With granite base

The Parasol is Eucalyptus Wood with a Polyester fabric canopy. We advise against leaving parasols up in windy conditions as the frame or fabric could be damaged. The base is 11kg granite base.

To clean your parasol we recommend using a soft bristle brush and warm soapy water, the canopy can be kept on the frame whilst doing this. For more stubborn stains the canopy can be removed and washed at 30°. Once washed it is important to put the canopy back on the frame to dry fully. Once dried, spray with our Fabric Shield which will add a protective layer, helping repel water and prevent staining. The canopy fabric is made from Polyester. We recommend sunshades are covered or stored in a dry environment throughout the winter months.

Delivery

Standard delivery to mainland UK is FREE.

We will advise you of any delivery costs during the order process.

Your order will be delivered to you by us or our delivery partner. Unless there is an event outside of our control, we will take reasonable steps to meet the delivery date set out on your Order Confirmation or as otherwise agreed with you.

If you have asked to collect the Products from us, we will advise as to an estimated collection date during the order process. We will send you an email to confirm when you can collect the Products. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date or time because of an event outside of our control we (or our delivery partner) will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this, we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the Contract and receive a refund for any Products you have paid for but not received.

Delivery will be completed when the Products are delivered to the address stated in the Order Confirmation (so please make sure that the delivery details you provide are accurate as we cannot be responsible for any delayed or failed deliveries as a result of your error).

You are responsible for making suitable arrangements to receive your delivery. Please make sure you or someone instructed by you is able to take delivery of the Products. Deliveries of large items needing to be delivered on a pallet will be via a kerbside courier service, our courier will call to book in delivery on a convenient day.
