The St George Bench is a solid, comfortable, and classically styled garden bench - built for those who like a little more substance in their outdoor furniture. It shares the same gently curved, slatted back as our popular Broadfield range, but is crafted from noticeably thicker timber for a sturdier, chunkier look and feel.
Designed to fit the natural curve of your body, the contoured backrest offers lasting comfort without the need for cushions. We first introduced this curved-back design when we started out over 30 years ago, and it’s since become a standard in best-selling garden furniture around the world.
At 5ft long, the St George is spacious enough to seat three comfortably and makes a strong statement in any garden or outdoor space.

Some large pieces and sets are delivered on a pallet.
This is a Kerbside service, which means:
- Delivery to the nearest accessible point at your property
- No carrying items inside
- No assembly included
- No pallet and packaging removal
You’ll be contacted in advance to arrange a suitable weekday delivery date.
If you’d prefer installation and packaging removal, our White Glove option may be a better fit.
WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY SERVICE - £129
For fully managed experience, choose our premium two-person delivery service:

ACCESS REQUIREMENTS
Before delivery, please ensure:
- Doorways, gates and pathways are wide enough
- Access routes are clear
- Suitable parking is available for our delivery team
If access is restricted, for example upper floors without lift access or narrow staircases, additional charges may apply.
It’s important to flag any access limitations when ordering. Orders cannot be cancelled due to undisclosed access constraints, and we cannot accept responsibility for issues arising from restricted access.
DELIVERY COMPLETION
Delivery is considered complete once your order reaches the address listed on your Order Confirmation.
Please double-check your delivery details before checkout and ensure someone is available to receive the goods on the agreed date.
