This premium range has been a real success with our customers, which is why we’ve now introduced a dining set to the collection, alongside the highly reviewed existing lounge set.

The wood used in this range is 100% premium quality teak, sourced from sustainable forests in Brazil and then manufactured in Vietnam. The FSC has awarded it their highest certification for responsible forestry.

It’s incredibly hard wearing and durable and will weather and age beautifully over time. You also get a 10 year warranty.

Care & maintenance

If left untreated Sorrento will mellow to a beautiful silver/grey appearance. If you want to maintain the original colour we recommend applying Colour Protector annually which will enhance the appearance. Alternatively you can apply our colourless Timber Shield every 6 months. The Sorrento cushions are made using Agora fabric. The yarns on this fabric is coloured throughout meaning your cushions are more resistant to fading over time. The fabric has a waterproof backing, so the cushions can be left out in the summer months and during light showers. Cushions covers are provided, simply place these over the cushions when not in use. Over winter we recommend storing your cushions away.

FREE delivery on all orders over £50 to mainland UK.

Orders under £50 are charged at £4.99.

Delivery to Non-Standard Locations

Additional charges apply for deliveries to non-mainland addresses, including the Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, and the Republic of Ireland.

Delivery Timeframes 

In-stock items: Delivered within 7 to 10 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Pre-ordered items: Lead times will vary. Your Sales Representative will confirm your estimated delivery window at the time of purchase.

Large & Pallet Deliveries (Kerbside Only)

Some large or heavy items are delivered via pallet. These deliveries are kerbside only, meaning:

The courier will drop the item at the nearest accessible point at your property boundary (e.g., driveway or front entrance).

This is a drop-off service only – it does not include:

  • Moving the item indoors
  • Assembly
  • Packaging removal

The courier will contact you in advance to arrange a suitable delivery date.

If you require a white glove delivery service, please contact us for a bespoke quote.

General Delivery Information

Your order will be delivered by Alexander Rose or one of our trusted delivery partners.

We aim to meet the delivery estimate provided in your Order Confirmation or by your Sales Representative, unless delayed by factors beyond our control.

If you’ve chosen collection, we’ll notify you of your collection window and confirm when your order is ready.

If a significant delay occurs, we’ll get in touch as soon as possible.

Delivery Completion

Delivery is considered complete once your items arrive at the address provided in your Order Confirmation.
