Cordial 3 Seater Sofa

Cordial range is crafted from tubular powder coated aluminium frames.
The Cordial rope is made from Olefin - a weather proof, fade resistant fibre that can withstand the most harsher weather conditions. The rope has a thick rubber core, so only the very surface gets wet. This will dry out in the sun in half an hour.

Cordial furniture can be cleaned using a pressure washer on a wide nozzle setting at a distance of approximately 1 meter. This should be done on a warm day so that the rope can dry in optimal time. Alternatively, for more precise cleaning, a light cleaning solution can be applied using a cloth to any heavily soiled area. Avoid using bleach.

Cushions can be cleaned using warm water and soap.

Delivery to Non-Standard Locations

Additional charges apply for deliveries to non-mainland addresses, including the Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, and the Republic of Ireland.

Delivery Timeframes 

In-stock items: Delivered within 7 to 10 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Pre-ordered items: Lead times will vary. Your Sales Representative will confirm your estimated delivery window at the time of purchase.

Large & Pallet Deliveries (Kerbside Only)

Some large or heavy items are delivered via pallet. These deliveries are kerbside only, meaning:

The courier will drop the item at the nearest accessible point at your property boundary (e.g., driveway or front entrance).

This is a drop-off service only – it does not include:

• Moving the item indoors
• Assembly
• Packaging removal

The courier will contact you in advance to arrange a suitable delivery date.

If you require a white glove delivery service, please contact us for a bespoke quote.

General Delivery Information

Your order will be delivered by Alexander Rose or one of our trusted delivery partners.

We aim to meet the delivery estimate provided in your Order Confirmation or by your Sales Representative, unless delayed by factors beyond our control.

If you’ve chosen collection, we’ll notify you of your collection window and confirm when your order is ready.

If a significant delay occurs, we’ll get in touch as soon as possible.

Delivery Completion

Delivery is considered complete once your items arrive at the address provided in your Order Confirmation.

Please make sure your delivery information is accurate – we cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect details.

Someone must be available to accept delivery on the agreed date.
