Can I visit the showroom on a walk-in basis?

We recommend booking an appointment to ensure a dedicated team member is available to support you and answer any questions. While we do our best to accommodate walkins, availability can be limited during busy periods, so securing a slot in advance is the best way to guarantee a smooth and personalised visit.

Is free parking available at the showroom?

Yes - we offer free onsite parking for all showroom visitors, making your appointment easy and convenient.

How much time should I allow for my appointment?

We recommend allowing around 30-45 minutes for your showroom appointment. This gives you plenty of time to explore the collections, ask questions, and receive personalised guidance from our team without feeling rushed.

Will I be able to make purchases during my showroom visit?

Yes - our team can process your order during your showroom appointment. We’ll walk you through your options, answer any questions, and ensure everything is handled smoothly on the day.

Can I take my order with me on the day of my showroom visit?

No, orders are not available for same-day collection.

All purchases go through a fulfillment process to ensure items are prepared, checked, and handled correctly before they leave us.

Can I arrange to collect my order instead of having it delivered?

Yes, collection can be arranged, but it requires advance notice.

As our product go through a preparation and fulfilment process, we need adequate time to organise your order for collection. Our team will confirm when your order will be ready to collect.

How do I arrange collection?

Simply speak to a member of our team during your visit. They will guide you through the process and confirm earliest available collection date.

Am I allowed to bring my dog to my showroom appointment?

Yes - dogs are welcome in our showroom. We understand that pets are part of the family, and you’re more than welcome to bring them along to your appointment. 

Is the showroom range the same as what's available on your online store?

Our showroom features a curated selection of our outdoor furniture, presented across key materials and styles including timber, rope, and rattan. While we aren’t able to display our full online range, the pieces we showcase are chosen to give you an excellent representation of the quality, comfort, and craftsmanship found across our collections.

Many of our collections share the same materials, finishes, and construction standards, so even if the exact item you’re interested in isn’t on display, you’ll still be able to get a clear feel for the look and quality.
