Free mainland UK delivery on all orders over £100
Orders under £100 are charged at £4.99
Charges are calculated automatically at checkout
DELIVERY OUTSIDE MAINLAND UK
We’re currently unable to deliver to Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
Additional charges apply for addresses outside mainland UK, including:
Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, and Isles of Scilly.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Delivered within 7-10 working days
Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays
We’ll do everything we can to get your order to you promptly, but during peak periods delivery may sometimes exceed our usual 7–10 working days.

Lead times vary by collection and product.
Your sales contact will confirm your estimated delivery window at the time of purchase.
STANDARD FREE DELIVERY – LARGE & PALLET DELIVERIES (KERBSIDE ONLY)
Some large pieces and sets are delivered on a pallet.
This is a Kerbside service, which means:
- Delivery to the nearest accessible point at your property
- No carrying items inside
- No assembly included
- No pallets and packaging removal
You’ll be contacted in advance to arrange a suitable weekday delivery date.
If you’d prefer installation and packaging removal, our White Glove option may be a better fit.
WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY SERVICE - £129
For fully managed experience, choose our premium two-person delivery service:
- Delivery to your garden or location of choice
- Full assembly of your outdoor furniture
- Removal and responsible disposal of all packaging
- Our delivery partner will contact you to arrange a weekday delivery date
Lead time: 10-15 working days
Delivery days: Monday to Friday
Please note: Scotland and remote locations are subject to quotation. Deliveries to Devon and Cornwall may require extended lead times - please allow 20-25 working days for delivery to these areas.
ACCESS REQUIREMENTS
Before delivery, please ensure:
- Doorways, gates and pathways are wide enough
- Access routes are clear
- Suitable parking is available for our delivery team
If access is restricted, for example upper floors without lift access or narrow staircases, additional charges may apply.
It’s important to flag any access limitations when ordering. Orders cannot be cancelled due to undisclosed access constraints, and we cannot accept responsibility for issues arising from restricted access.
DELIVERY COMPLETION
Delivery is considered complete once your order reaches the address listed on your Order Confirmation.
Please double-check your delivery details before checkout and ensure someone is available to receive the goods on the agreed date.
