The UH35 is an 8 spoke 3.5m cantilever parasol. The easy crank mechanism makes raising and lowering on smooth movement. The canopy can be adjusted into 7 positions to give maximum shade from the sun. The base is a plastic fillable 100kg base.

To clean your parasol we recommend using a soft bristle brush and warm soapy water, the canopy can be kept on the frame whilst doing this. For more stubborn stains the canopy can be removed and washed at 30°. Once washed it is important to put the canopy back on the frame to dry fully. Once dried, spray with our Fabric Shield which will add a protective layer, helping repel water and prevent staining. The frame is made from brushed powder coated aluminium. The canopy fabric is made from Polyester. We recommend sunshades are covered or stored in a dry environment throughout the winter months.

This covers most of England, Wales and Scotland. Some areas, including parts of mainland Scotland such as Perth, Paisley, Angus and the Highlands, have an additional delivery charge and are not included in free delivery or the £4.99 rate. Please check the postcode list below before ordering.

This is a kerbside service, which means:

• Delivery to the nearest accessible point at your property
• No carrying items inside
• No assembly included
• No removal of pallets or packaging

You’ll be contacted in advance to arrange a suitable weekday delivery date.

If you’d prefer installation and packaging removal, our White Glove option may be a better fit.

WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY SERVICE - £129

For a fully managed experience, choose our premium two-person delivery service:

• Delivery to your garden or location of choice
• Full assembly of your outdoor furniture
• Removal and responsible disposal of all packaging

• Access routes are clear
• Suitable parking is available for our delivery team

If access is restricted, for example upper floors without lift access or narrow staircases, additional charges may apply.

It’s important to flag any access limitations when ordering. Orders cannot be cancelled due to undisclosed access constraints, and we cannot accept responsibility for issues arising from restricted access.

Delivery is considered complete once your order reaches the address listed on your order confirmation.
