Product features

Hazelmere is the perfect furniture to invite the family over for a delicious cream tea! The lightweight aluminium frames are powder coated prior to weaving in a basket style pattern, using a 4mm round profile, with a finely brushed surface texture. There is a choice of Natural or Grey wicker, with cushions in Pistachio or Dusk. When it comes to mixed materials, the ceramic effect tempered glass inset table tops are certainly the icing on the cake!

Care & maintenance

We recommend that Hazelere is cleaned at least once a year. It is important to use a non foaming cleaner on woven furniture, as a foaming product will leave residue in the gaps in between the weave which will then attract dirt. A pressure hose on a gentle wide spray setting can also be used to clean your weave. Our Hazelmere products come with cushions in either Pistachio or Dusk, and are made from Polyester. Cushions can be cleaned with our Fabric Cleaner and a microfibre cloth. Once dried we recommend applying a layer of our Fabric Protector. Store the cushions in a dry place when not in use.

Delivery

Standard delivery to mainland UK is FREE.

We will advise you of any delivery costs during the order process.

Your order will be delivered to you by us or our delivery partner. Unless there is an event outside of our control, we will take reasonable steps to meet the delivery date set out on your Order Confirmation or as otherwise agreed with you.

If you have asked to collect the Products from us, we will advise as to an estimated collection date during the order process. We will send you an email to confirm when you can collect the Products. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date or time because of an event outside of our control we (or our delivery partner) will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this, we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the Contract and receive a refund for any Products you have paid for but not received.

Delivery will be completed when the Products are delivered to the address stated in the Order Confirmation (so please make sure that the delivery details you provide are accurate as we cannot be responsible for any delayed or failed deliveries as a result of your error).

You are responsible for making suitable arrangements to receive your delivery. Please make sure you or someone instructed by you is able to take delivery of the Products. Deliveries of large items needing to be delivered on a pallet will be via a kerbside courier service, our courier will call to book in delivery on a convenient day.
