Our rustic Pine range offers both quality and affordability in equal measures. It’s classic, familiar and functional.

This range is known for its practicality, and space-saving designs. Some of the products are made from Pine which has been sourced from responsibly managed forests in Eastern Europe. The slight yellow / green colour has been treated to make it suitable for outdoor use, all year round. In time, these products will turn an ashy silver / grey.

Each piece has been dip treated in order to make it suitable for outdoor use. Pine must be treated annually with our Timber Sealer or a preserver such as Cuprinol or Ronseal. Black spotting can occur through tannic acid which is present in the timber or by natural airborne spores. Should this happen to your furniture which is not unusual, it will not affect the strength, durability or quality of the wood. It’s not a manufacturing defect and is purely cosmetic which can easily be removed by applying a mould remover such as Dettol or Cillit Bang. Do not use soapy water to clean black spotting. We recommend checking and tightening fixings regularly. We have a range of furniture covers available to fit your Pine furniture.

FREE delivery on all orders over £50 to mainland UK.

Orders under £50 are charged at £4.99.

Delivery to Non-Standard Locations

Additional charges apply for deliveries to non-mainland addresses, including the Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, and the Republic of Ireland.

Delivery Timeframes 

In-stock items: Delivered within 7 to 10 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Pre-ordered items: Lead times will vary. Your Sales Representative will confirm your estimated delivery window at the time of purchase.

Large & Pallet Deliveries (Kerbside Only)

Some large or heavy items are delivered via pallet. These deliveries are kerbside only, meaning:

The courier will drop the item at the nearest accessible point at your property boundary (e.g., driveway or front entrance).

This is a drop-off service only – it does not include:

• Moving the item indoors
• Assembly
• Packaging removal

The courier will contact you in advance to arrange a suitable delivery date.

If you require a white glove delivery service, please contact us for a bespoke quote.

General Delivery Information

Your order will be delivered by Alexander Rose or one of our trusted delivery partners.

We aim to meet the delivery estimate provided in your Order Confirmation or by your Sales Representative, unless delayed by factors beyond our control.

If you’ve chosen collection, we’ll notify you of your collection window and confirm when your order is ready.

If a significant delay occurs, we’ll get in touch as soon as possible.

Delivery Completion

Delivery is considered complete once your items arrive at the address provided in your Order Confirmation.

Please make sure your delivery information is accurate – we cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect details.

Someone must be available to accept delivery on the agreed date.
